We are proud to ship our sacred artwear worldwide. Every single piece is printed, cut, and sewn individually upon your order to avoid mass production and waste.
✦ Processing & Production Times
Because we do not run on fast fashion stock, each order requires a manufacturing period before shipment:
  • Production time: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping time: Typically 5 to 12 business days for Europe and international orders.
    A tracking link will be automatically sent to your email address as soon as your package leaves the workshop.
✦ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
MANCUSO APPAREL™ is proudly based in Geneva, Switzerland. However, to maintain the absolute highest standards of high-temperature sublimation and fabric structure, our fulfillment partners operate internationally across strategic production zones.
Please note the following sovereign rules regarding borders:
  • International & Swiss Orders: Depending on your country's local regulations, packages shipped across customs borders may be subject to import duties, local VAT, and customs clearance fees levied by your national authority.
  • Responsibility: These standard customs charges are NOT included in our selling price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued due to a customer's refusal to pay local customs fees or import taxes.
