Return & Refund Policy
✦ The 14-Day Sovereign Window
Our refund policy is strictly limited. You have a window of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your physical delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
✦ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- With all original tags and hygienic liners (for swimwear pieces) perfectly intact.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
✦ Return Protocol & Shipping
To initiate a return, you must contact us first at contact@mancuso-apparel.com.
Please strictly note:
- Studio Address: Authorized returns must be shipped directly to our main art studio in Geneva, Switzerland. The exact postal address will be provided upon approval. Do NOT ship any item back to the fulfillment production address printed on your package label.
- Shipping Costs: The return shipping costs to Switzerland are fully born by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for size or mind changes.
- Unapproved Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will be automatically rejected.
✦ Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you receive the wrong design, contact us instantly at contact@mancuso-apparel.com with photos of the issue. If verified, we will launch a fresh production at absolute zero cost to you.

✦ Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance pieces, or promotional offers.
- Gift Cards: All purchases of digital gift cards are final and non-refundable.
✦ Exchanges (The Automated Loop)
The fastest and safest way to ensure you get the size or design you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and checked at our Geneva studio, we will issue your refund. You can then make a separate, brand-new purchase for the new item directly on our website.
✦ European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still comply with our strict eligibility criteria (unworn, unwashed, original packaging, and hygienic liners perfectly intact).
✦ Refunds Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our Geneva studio, and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
