How many pieces are produced per design?

Each creation is part of a strictly confidential, micro-run series. We deliberately refuse mass production to preserve the energetic value of the garment and ensure that those who wear our artwear possess a truly rare and sovereign piece. 
An item I want is sold out. Will it ever be restocked or reprinted?

Absolutely not. MANCUSO APPAREL™ operates strictly as a house of living art and limited editions. Once a specific design or collection is sold out, it is permanently archived. The original physical artwork is often physically transformed or destroyed by the artist, making a reissue structurally and conceptually impossible. No exceptions will be made. If you love a piece, secure it before it vanishes.
Are the garments signed or numbered?

While our initial digital launches focus entirely on clothing accessibility, the structural designs and patterns carry the authentic visual signature of the original hand-painted canvases. (Note: Special physical certificates and collector assets remain part of our secret house vault for future activations).
Why is there a price difference between the Swimwear and other artwear pieces?

Every garment category is priced strictly according to its textile complexity, weight, and the technical demands of high-temperature sublimation. From our Bikini at 69.- to the heavy-weight 350g Hoodie at 169.-, our locked pricing grid reflects the pure intrinsic value, premium material sourcing, and fair-wage craftsmanship of each armor piece.
How do "Original pieces" differ from the standard collections?

Our "Original pieces" collection represents the ultimate apex of our art house. These are raw, museum-grade garments—including Heavy Hoodies and Oversized T-shirts—hand-painted, custom-bleached, or hand-pressed with original photographs by Mélissa Mancuso herself in Geneva. To ensure absolute visual perfection, the high-definition DTF photographic transfers are produced in collaboration with a master Geneva printer boasting over 20 years of technical expertise, before being physically pressed onto the armor garments by the artist. Every single piece is a strictly one-of-a-kind (1/1) edition, sold in a dynamic One Size (Taille Unique). Once a piece is sold, it is permanently archived. No replicas, no re-issues, and no custom recreations will ever be manufactured. You are purchasing a unique fragment of living history.

How are MANCUSO APPAREL™ pieces created?

Every single garment is a strictly limited edition of living art. The visuals originate from hand-painted artworks or original photographs by the artist Mélissa Mancuso. These designs are translated onto the fabric using a premium, high-temperature sublimation process. We do not participate in mass production.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

As soon as your payment is validated, your order is instantly and automatically transmitted to our production workshop to begin printing your fabric. Due to this immediate and automated process, no modifications (size, design) or cancellations can be made. Please carefully double-check your cart before checking out.
What are the terms and conditions for  MANCUSO APPAREL™ Gift Cards?

MANCUSO APPAREL™ Digital Gift Cards are designed to offer exclusive access to our sacred artwear collections. Please note our strict house terms:

- **Validity**: Every digital gift card is valid for a strict period of **6 months** from the exact date of purchase. After this date, the balance will permanently expire.

- **Non-Cumulative**: Gift cards cannot be combined or accumulated with other discount codes, promotional offers, or multiple gift cards on a single purchase. 

- **Final Sale**: All gift card purchases are final, strictly non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or currency.

What are the production and shipping times?

- **Custom Production Time**: 2 to 5 business days (printing, cutting, and hand-sewing).

- **Postal Transit Time**: Typically 5 to 12 business days for Switzerland, Europe, and international destinations.

As soon as your package leaves the workshop, an interactive tracking link will be automatically sent to your email address.
Will there be customs fees upon delivery?

Our art house is proudly based in Geneva, Switzerland, but our technical sublimation workshops operate internationally. Depending on your country (including Switzerland) and local customs regulations, import duties, clearance fees, or local VAT may be requested by the carrier. These regulatory charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted if a customer refuses to pay customs fees.

How do I choose my correct size across the collections?

- **Swimwear (Bikinis & Body Swims)**: Engineered with highly technical, stretch, and form-fitting fabric structures. If you are between two sizes, we highly recommend selecting the larger size for optimal comfort.

- **Artwear (Oversized T-shirts, Heavy Hoodies, Cropped Windbreakers)**: Designed with specific structural cuts (oversized drops or tailored crops). 

Please strictly refer to the specific Size Guide available on each individual product page before ordering. Since every piece is printed and crafted exclusively for you upon purchase, choosing the right size is your responsibility to avoid unnecessary return transit.

What is your return policy?

You have a strict window of **14 days** after the physical delivery of your package to request a return. The item must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all hygienic liners and tags perfectly intact.
How do I make a return and who pays for the shipping?

1. You must imperatively contact us first at **contact@mancuso-apparel.com** to receive official return approval.

2. Ship the package at your own exclusive expense to our design studio in Geneva, Switzerland (the exact address will be provided via email). Unauthorized returns sent to the manufacturer's address on the shipping label will not be processed.
How do exchanges work if the size does not fit?

To eliminate logistical errors and accelerate the process, our house operates on an automated loop system: you return the incorrect size to us, we validate its condition at our Geneva studio, and we issue your refund. You can then independently place a brand-new order for the desired size directly on our online boutique.
What should I do if my item arrives defective?

Despite our strict quality control, if a piece arrives with a verified printing or structural defect, contact us instantly within 14 days at **contact@mancuso-apparel.com** with a clear photograph of the issue. Once validated, we will immediately launch a fresh production and ship a replacement piece to you at absolute zero cost—fully covered by our house, no matter your local currency.
